There is a lot to chew on this week, so I wanted to highlight my two favourite parts. I loved how Cameron compares being an artist to being an athlete. Injuries occur but you move through them, rehabilitate and it can actually teach you a better way to function in the long run.

Injuries are no fun of course, but they do demand an investigation on whether the old way of doing things was actually working and may even indicate it is time to rest and recover instead of push ourselves further.

I also appreciated the "gain disguised as loss" section because I have found this to be true when I think about projects that flopped and what they taught me OR what the time I found for other projects that I never would have had without that first loss.
