Welcome to the book club!
Today we begin working through The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. For our first week, we will highlight the intro section of the book.
Every Thursday there will be a new post with questions and ideas for contemplation and discussion to kick us off.
While participation is totally voluntary, because this is virtual, if we don't hear from you, we won't know if you are still with us. So please post your own questions, ideas, what you are enjoying about the book or what you don't like. Even a simple "hello, still here".
To join the conversation simply post a comment in the section below.
While I am thrilled to be able to provide a virtual meeting space, this is really a collaboration for us all to dive into different ideas and perspectives together. Make this place your home and share, share away.
I look forward to seeing where this experiment takes us.

Week 1 ~ Introduction and Tools
Here are a few jumping off points for contemplation. These are merely to get the ball rolling so comment on them...or comment on anything you found compelling, difficult or stood out to you in regards to this section.
1. To what degree to do you relate to the ten "Basic Principles" she lays out in regards to creativity?
2. What are you looking for in terms of your own creative recovery?
3. Will you commit to daily morning pages and a weekly artist date?
4. Does the Creativity Contract get you fired up? scare you? turn you off? Did you write one and sign it?
