In today's episode I introduce the season ruled by the Water Element: winter. If you are like me this can be a rough season to deal with. As much as I love holiday events, a big part of me just wants to curl up and hibernate all winter.
I know I am not alone and actually the yin energy at this time of year makes slowing down and resting much more appealing than muscling through all the "to do's" in daily life.
We are also going to explore one of the big side effects of yoga and meditation...gaining more awareness.
