Ep 91: How to Plan 2020

Here are the exact steps my husband and I use to plan the year ahead not only for yourself but FOR your relationship.

The steps are:

1. Make it special and celebrate your past year

2. Brainstorm all the goals and big dreams you have for the year ahead and know you will have to say no to most of them. 

3. Pick one and decide how much involvement if any you are asking for from your partner

4. Think about the person you will need to become in order to get there and work to align your mindset to and then plan the steps.
