A good self-awareness practice teaches you a tremendous amount about yourself. Sadly, some people take the insights they gain through, yoga, meditation and contemplation and decide their past and their patterns equate to "character flaws" they can never escape.
If you think you are a procrastinator, you probably think it is a fact about you and "just your nature".
Today I want to challenge the things you have decided are true based on your self-awareness insights and show you that even things you might think are negative have the potential to be helpful to your goals if you learn to use them right.
