How it Works:
1. Join here to claim your spot.
Group 1 will meet on Thursdays at 10am ET / 7am PT and Group #2 will meet at a time to be determined based on best availability for the group.
After registration we will send you a schedule to find your best group for call times and officially assign you to a small group as soon as possible. The doors to register close on Aug 22 or when the program is full, whichever comes first and the program begins the week of September 4. It includes 16 group sessions with the possibility of attending a second call each week if space allows—subject to change based on registration.
2. Every week you will meet with your coach and your small group for up to one hour to get inspired and clear on your next steps and coached on anything in the way. If there is time in the hour left and no one would like coaching or thinking partnership, we will use that time as a group working session and use that collective energy to move you toward your next lantern.
3. In between sessions you will get additional support and smart accountability in a private community to help you stay on track and engaged with your Lantern (even when it's challenging). You can also take part in Monday virtual huddles and end of week reflections if you prefer that kind of structure and direct support.
