Week 1: Priorities

Your Insight Work this Week

1. Download your workbook here. Decide how you want to go through it. You can do the entire workbook in 20-30 minutes or do it in short bursts over the next few days. Either way, make the appointment with yourself on your calendar and stick to it. If you want additonal support or have any questions, feel free to ask over in the members only Q&A section here

Week 2: 

Watch the video first: Facts vs. Thoughts + Feelings

 

Your Daily Insight work is to do a daily thought download and then separate the facts of that download from the thoughts and feelings. I suggest you book 10 minutes on your calendar every day to do this. If you need a prompt ask yourself "Why do I feel overwhelmed or stressed out today?"

1. Do a download. Don't judge it or edit yourself. Spelling is not important, just type freeform and get everything out of your head for a full 5 minutes. 

2. Next re-read your download and pick out everything in what you just wrote that is a fact (there may be one or two, or there may not be any at all) and put that in a new message

3. Notice that the rest of what you have on your screen is probably a combo of thoughts and feelings. List three of them.

Do this work every day and if you get stuck between what is a thought and what is a fact, post your question in the members only Q & A.

Remember: Overwhelm is a feeling, not a fact after all and this might be a very revealing week if you have trouble seeing that.
