The Artists Way - Sense of Power (Wk 3)
We have a task and exercise heavy week (I am still working through the chapter, but since it is all about reclaiming power it seems like a good use of time).
I appreciated the opening points on Anger. I have been writing about it and thinking about it a lot (like right here) and it can be a powerful force for creative support when used constructively.
This week has a number of important themes, but I love that in order to reclaim power we are asked to investigate our anger, shame and how to deal with criticism.
She also places importance on reaching out for support and being open to beautiful synchronicity.
It's not all doom and gloom after all! This process can be fun too :)
