Greens, Tempeh, and Pasta: An Easy, Quick, Nutrient-Rich Meal

- Cook the noodle or pasta of your choice (I personally love Soba)
- Toss in some steamed kale, spinach, and tempeh (cooked in a light oil with a squeeze of lemon)
- Top with a good quality sesame oil and tamari sauce. I also like to add a few hot peppers, for colour and kick
