Week 1: Introduction
You answered the call to make yourself a priority in your life and I am here to support you and share everything I know about the theories and practice of self-care.
During the program you will come to understand the two types of self-care that are essential to feeling fuelled and nourished and set up a more conscious self-care practice or routine for yourself. You will also learn how to spot the most common obstacles you are indulging in that interfere with these routines.
This course is entirely self-paced and scalable to you based on how much time you would like to spend on the topics. If you have an hour per day to devote to the information, you may start by spending the first hour working through the content and contemplating the ideas.
However if you only have fifteen minutes each day, you can still do the daily work and over the six weeks experience an incredible shift.
