How It Works

Each month we will begin with an new experiment to focus upon. Over 4 weeks you will move through a process that challenges you to be disciplined and dedicated but doesn't take up too much of your time each day. Think small progress leading to big results. 

Week 1: Introduction

At the beginning of this week you will receive a video from Erin introducing the experiment for the month. Rather than diving in and committing to projects that take up hours in your day, the introductory week will be a chance for you to get your feet wet. Use this week to explore the emails and tools related to the monthly focus. 

Week 2: Immerse

Begin to go a little deeper into the experiment this week with support material to help you clarify your experiences and your new patterns. Use the global online community for ideas and inspiration and of course, to stay accountable.

Week 3: Intensify

Time to step it up a notch! This week is designed to see if you can stretch beyond your comfort zone a little bit and expand to meet the depth of your commitment.

Week 4: Integrate

After a powerful three weeks, it is time to decide how your experiences during the month can be integrated into your daily life in a sustainable way that doesn't overload you. Join in the conversation with the Expansion community for ideas and inspiration.
