Smart Complaining

One of the most insidious thoughts I hear often after someone has told me their relationship struggles is "I shouldn't complain".

When I hear this on a consultation call I always laugh and say

"Well, if you are going to work with me I am going to teach you how to complain more and complain smarter."

Complaining "smart" is the act of uncovering your true thoughts and feelings in a safe, judgement free environment with me as your coach.

What most don't realize that when you cover up your negative thoughts and feelings with a

"I shouldn't feel this way",

or"I don't have any right to feel negative feelings",

you can't ever actually change them.

If a pipe bursts in your basement, you don't just close the door and hope things work out, you get in there, call the plumber and deal with the issue before your house floods.

One of the most powerful things about the coaching process is that I teach you how to spot your true thoughts and feelings.

Once you see what is going on you are free to decide what to keep and what to change.

There are no thoughts or feelings you "should" or "shouldn't" have, there are just the ones you are having and what they are creating for you.

This skill is one of the most liberating tools I teach my clients to change not only their relationship but recreate every area of their life that isn't working.

During this call I will help you map out the future of your relationship and your life the way you want it to be and show you the road map to get there.
