So I got on my yoga mat, found an opening pose and was hit with a big, overwhelming pile of "should's" and "to-do's".
As a parent of two young children and an entrepreneur it is not always easy to carve out self-care time and often when I do, I feel distracted by all of my responsibilities or guilty that I might be missing something important.
However, in the past, I have paid the price for putting self-care in the backseat. A few years ago I had a major burnout that led to a health crisis. It was a rough time but it helped me prioritize self-care.
So I did my practice today and then I recorded this episode for you. It's about how you can start to move beyond the big obstacles that are getting in the way of your self-care routine.
