Spring is taking it's sweet time from where I am sitting. On this gloomy day I wanted to share some of the songs I am flowing to right now that get me feeling lively on my mat until the sunshine and warmer temperatures decide to stick around.

### Yang Playlist

**Lost One's - Lauryn Hill **

I still love this record and this song captures the one aspect of "wood" energy, pushing forward beyond obstacles.

**Outlines - Mike Mago**

It's a dance song yes,  but I love Martina Sorbara's voice and she is a lovely human being so this one is a fav to get me moving.

**Help Me Lose My Mind - Disclosure feat. London Grammar **

This one holds court on a lot of my playlists. Two great acts on one awesome tune.

**Temporary View - SBTRKT**

Beautiful vibe that is great to flow to.

**Lebanese Blonde - Thievery Corporation**

Another older one, but a great song for the mat or the chill lounge.

**Collapse - Vancouver Sleep Clinic**

As you start to move more slowly, this song will put you in the mood for a few Yin postures or a deep savasana.
