We are just over halfway through our 30 Day Meditation Challenge (if you missed the beginning you can still sign up for free until the end of the month) with a fantastic group of meditators from all over the world.

Yesterday morning, Steve led a beautiful guided ten minute practice via Periscope that I just had to share with you all.

If you haven't downloaded [Periscope](https://www.periscope.tv/) on your smartphone and followed us @aquinyoga, please do as we will be doing more of these "pop-up" meditations throughout the duration of the challenge.

***Do you have a question about meditation? Ask it in the comments below.***
